All articles that you would like to order must first be placed in your shopping bag. For this purpose, you will find next to each article an „add to your shopping bag” button, which will place the item in your shopping bag.
After adding all your desired articles to your shopping bag, you can easily start the payment process by clicking on the „proceed to checkout” button.
You now have the possibility to log in with your account or register as a guest. As soon as the payment process has been completed, an order confirmation will be sent you by e-mail.
Yes, you can use all the functions of our online shop on your mobile devices.
You have successfully placed an order when you received a confirmation e-mail. This confirmation will be automatically sent to the e-mail address you provided after the order value has been debited from your account.
If you have not received an order confirmation, please check whether the confirmation has been marked as spam and whether the purchase value has already been debited form your bank account.

If the order has already been completed and shipped, you can return the product to us upon receipt. Here you can find our RETURN FORM or WITHDRAWAL FORM.
After the order process has been completed, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail. This may take a few minutes.
Afterwards you will receive the shipping confirmation by e-mail containing a tracking number. With this number you can track your order on www.post.at on its shipping route.
Our hard-working employees always endeavour to process and dispatch all orders within one working day.
As a rule, every order is delivered within 1-3 working days within Austria. Delivery within the EU takes about 3-5 days. Outside the EU as well as to Switzerland the shipping takes approx. 5-10 days.

Yes, during the payment process you have the possibility to enter your own billing or delivery address.
All shipments sent by Time Mode GmbH are insured against theft and accidental damage. This insurance cover expires as soon as you receive your parcel.
The watches by Julie Julsen have a case diameter of 36mm, 38mm and 40mm. You can find the exact details about the diameter in the product details.
High quality stainless steel and finest elegant calf leather are used for our straps.
Since leather is an organic material, all watch straps vary in grain and texture. The colour changes that may occur with regular use and over time are a completely natural process with high quality leather.
The watches are 3 ATM water resistant.
This means that the watches are suitable for daily use. However, the watches are not suitable for showering, swimming or water-related work. Damaged caused by water in the watch is not covered by the warranty.
When the crown is pulled out, the time can be set by turning the crown.
Once the adjustments have been completed, the crown must be pushed back to its original position.
All Julie Julsen watches are equipped with a VJ21C quartz movement.
For our watches we use standard button cell batteries, which can also be purchased in any jeweller’s or watch shop.
On average, the battery keeps the watch running for about 1½ to 2 years. The battery can then be changed at any jeweller’s or watch shop.
Here we have to distinguish whether it concerns a leather bracelet or a stainless steel bracelet.
Leather bracelet: Leather dries when it comes into contact with water and can be damaged. We therefore recommend that you do not wash your leather strap. However, some watch shops offer cleaning products specially developed for leather.
Stainless steel bracelet: Our stainless-steel bracelets can be cleaned with the help of water and a fine cloth without any concerns.
- How can I change the size of my watch strap.
- Slide the flap to the correct position to adjust the watch to the size of your wrist.
- Push the flap back down to secure the size.
PLEASE NOTE: Due to the coating of the mesh wristband, the closure may be somewhat stiff at the beginning and therefore may seem difficult to open and close.
- Turn your watch upside down so the clock-face points downwards.
- Gently press down the small pin right next to the strap attachment, to release the strap from the watchcase.
- Now take the desired watch strap and carefully insert the strap back into the strap attachment - right next to the watchcase.
The Julie Julsen watches have a stainless metal case and a stainless steel bottom cover.
All Julie Julsen jewellery pieces are made of the finest 925 sterling silver.
You should always treat your Julie Julsen jewellery with the utmost care. It’s normal for sterling silver to tarnish over time. However, this tarnishing is accelerated by getting in contact with perfume, salty air, sulphur, skin cream, hair spray, chlorine and the pH values of the skin, amongst others. How strongly the jewellery tarnishes (oxidises) depends on the skin type and on the personal care routine of the wearer. Hence, tarnishing is no manufacturing defect. We recommend that you take of your jewellery for a bath or shower, before going to bed and during sports activities.
The jewellery should be stored away from direct sunlight and heat in a lined protective case or in a tarnish-resistant bag. The jewellery can also be stored in a zipper bag made of mylar or polyethylene. Don’t use polyvinyl plastic bags – such as garbage bags – as they contain sulphur compounds that accelerate the tarnishing of sterling silver. Don’t keep the jewellery in the bathroom.
Please note: Our Julie Julsen gift boxes are not suitable for long-term storage as they are not airtight.
All rings of the Feelings & Amore collections are one-size models and can therefore be individually adapted to your size.
All Julie Julsen articles are produced nickel-free according to the strictest European standard and even our electroplating operation (for gold plating) is certified according to the ISO standard and operates according to these guidelines. That means that you can wear Julie Julsen products even with a nickel allergy.
